Robert Nabrzeski, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Robert Nabrzeski, Jr. is one of the original founders of All Current Electrical Sales founded in 1981. Mr. Nabrzeski is a recognized executive whose management and leadership style effectively balance a pragmatic approach to providing business solutions with innovative thinking designed to meet customer needs.
He has over 28 years of management experience including a wide range of professional achievements. It is his responsibility to translate broad operational goals into customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
As President and CEO, he believes staying close to day-to-day operations is key to helping his staff support their teams. In addition to overseeing company operations, Mr. Nabrzeski's knowledge of the industry enables him to direct the procurement of All Current inventory provided exclusively to electrical distributors.
He is an active member of associations that advocate best practices in wholesale distribution including cooperation, communication and trust with suppliers and customers alike. Mr. Nabrzeski also sponsors local civic causes.
Mr. Nabrzeski leads by example and is the inspiration behind All Current's commitment to providing dependable quality products and superior "Need It Now" customer service performed while maintaining professional integrity.
When he is not steering All Current's growing presence in the industrial distribution market, "Bob" can be found saltwater fishing anywhere from New Jersey to Venezuela.
Mehmet G Yalcin, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Mehmet G Yalcin has over 27 years of experience in financial and corporate accounting. His accounting, internal auditing and valuation related experience includes a diversified employer base including clinical research, manufacturers, wholesale, retail, professional service corporations, and not-for-profit entities.
In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Mr. Yalcin has advised his employers on mergers and acquisitions. Mehmet has developed financial models for start-up companies and operational support. Mehmet has participated in the preparation of business plans, projections and various management reports for his employers in a wide range of industries
Prior to joining All Current Electrical Sales, Inc. Mr. Yalcin was Chief Financial Officer with CRI Worldwide LLC. He also spent 10 years with Ramerica International Inc (Part of Koc Holding a 500 fortune International Company).
Upon graduating from Marmara University (Istanbul/Turkey) with a Bachelor of Science, Mr. Yalcin obtained his MBA from De Montfort University (Leicester, UK). Mehmet works closely with the Chief Executive Officer helping to identify and develop new business strategies.
He is an active member of the Board of American Turkish Children and Family Services; Mr. Yalcin is a member of the Financial Executive Networking Group (FENG). He was installed as a biographical candidate to represent Freehold, NJ in the "Honors Edition" of the Empire Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals.
Jason Obetz
Vice President of Sales/ Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Obetz's professional experience is in the development and management of people and processes in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution sector. During his 18 years in the building products arena, he has lead sales and operating divisions for organizations positioned at the top of their respected industries.
As Vice President of Sales, he is guiding the sales organization toward proactive marketing and customer development. Mr. Obetz manages the corporate relationships with national and regional electrical distributors and implements sales strategies to position All Current for continued growth in the marketplace.
In Mr. Obetz's dual role as the Chief Operating Officer, he is initiating a best practices approach to training, inventory management, shipping and receiving.
Mr. Obetz is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice and minored in Business Administration. He was a member of the 1989 Rutgers NCAA Final Four soccer team and the 1988 and 1989 Rutgers Ice Hockey MCHC Champions.
In his personal life, Mr. Obetz dedicates himself to the development of people through athletics. He has coached youth soccer for 20 years and was a USA Ice Hockey official for 15 years.
